研究方向:

  线粒体是细胞的能量代谢中心,也是细胞命运决定的调控中枢之一。在正常生理条件下,线粒体网络不断发生动态变化、实现稳态维持,通过进行能量代谢与物质代谢维持细胞生命活动;在特定病理条件下,线粒体稳态被破坏,直接影响线粒体的功能,对生命过程造成显著影响。本课题组结合结构生物学、单分子生物物理学、蛋白组学及修饰组学等技术手段发现了多种维持线粒体稳态的蛋白质机器,解析了它们影响细胞命运决定的分子机制,并揭示了它们参与代谢性疾病及恶性肿瘤发生发展的重要作用;还构建了一系列靶向线粒体、调控细胞能量代谢并有效阻遏肿瘤的纳米生物材料。
