研究方向:

  纳米酶新材料的的设计与合成,以铁基纳米材料为核心,模拟含铁天然酶的催化活性中心,开发具有高活性、高稳定性的人工模拟酶;以纳米酶为基础建立了多种抗菌抗感染新策略。

  1. 首次报道了四氧化三铁具有类过氧化物酶催化活性,是一种新型的模拟酶,为纳米酶的发展奠基了基础;仿照天然酶活性中心结构理性设计纳米酶,提高其催化活性接近或超越天然酶。

  2. 建立纳米酶清除生物膜耐药菌和抑制胞内菌的方法并阐明了相关机制,提出了人工模拟免疫系统防御细菌等病原微生物的概念与方法;纳米酶具有杀菌特异性和选择性。

  3. 发现细菌铁死亡现象,纳米酶诱导细菌发生脂质过氧化,并且巨噬细胞抑制胞内菌也是通过调控铁死亡,表明细菌铁死亡是一种新的杀菌机制;并这一机制拓展到灭活病毒和增强疫苗免疫效果。

  4. 推动纳米酶转化应用,在口腔龋病、细菌性阴道炎防治方面开展临床相关研究,并进行产业转化。
